The General page covers brand identity and form factors — the broad visual choices that apply across the entire app. Two sections.

Form Factors

Pick which device sizes your app needs to support. Typical options:
  • Desktop — primary surface for most B2B and admin apps
  • Tablet — important for in-the-field use cases
  • Mobile — required for any consumer-facing app
The choices here drive responsive breakpoints in the generated code and influence which layout templates are useful (mobile-first vs. desktop-first).

Brand Identity

Upload the logo files Archie uses across the generated frontend, in emails, and in the favicon:
  • Logomark (Icon) — the icon-only version of your mark
  • Horizontal Version — full logo with wordmark
  • Favicon — small icon for browser tabs and bookmarks
If your brand has separate dark-mode versions, toggle Use different logos for Dark Mode to upload Logomark/Horizontal/Favicon variants for the dark theme.

What this drives

  • The favicon Archie places at /favicon.svg
  • Logos rendered in the navigation, footer, login screens, and email templates
  • Responsive design system breakpoints based on form factors
  • Default Open Graph and meta image references for SEO and link previews

FAQ

SVG is best — it scales without quality loss and works well in dark mode. PNG works as a fallback. Avoid JPEG (no transparency) for logos.
Logomark and Horizontal are recommended; Favicon is required (Archie generates a fallback if you skip it). The horizontal version is used in headers; the icon is used in tight spaces (collapsed sidebars, mobile nav).
You can ship with the Archie defaults and replace logos later. Open the page anytime to swap in your brand assets — the generated code picks up the change on the next deployment.
Yes — that’s an Enterprise feature. White-labeling and per-tenant branding are part of the Enterprise plan; see Enterprise overview and Theming for the multi-brand pattern.
